Snell, William C age 83 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on May 14, 2026. Bill was born and raised in Paterson, NJ. He lived in Haledon, and currently in Totowa for the last 30 years. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from the Post Office in 2002 after 32 years as a letter carrier. He was also an employee for Kenneth J. Snell CPA, Pompton Lakes for 17 yearsHe is a member of the American Legion Post 227 in Totowa. He belonged to the Passaic Valley Umpires Association. Bill has been married to his wife Arlene (nee Mitchener) for 61 years. He is survived by his son Bill and his wife Karen of Lake Hiawatha, NJ and his son Kevin and his wife Michelle of Goliad, Texas. He is also the proud grandfather of Billy Snell and Zachary Snell. Bill is also survived by his brother Brant of West Milford, NJ. Bill was predeceased by a sister Dorothy of Hawthorne, Ken of Pompton Lakes and Russell of West Milford.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Military honors will take place on Monday at 10:30 AM at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa (Birchwood Section) In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Legion Post #227, 180 Union Blvd. Totowa, NJ 07512 would be appreciated.
