Schenack, Judith Ann (nee Melone), age 87 of Wayne at rest in Wayne on February 16, 2026. Beloved wife of the late George A. Schenack (1999). Dear Sister of Vincent Melone and his wife Patricia of North Haledon and the late Patricia Travoli and the late Victor Fileppi. Loving aunt of Raymond Melone and his wife Michelle; their children Cameron, Christian and Corinne, Lisa Darby and her husband Todd and their children, Emily and William, Christine Werner and her children, Jocelyn and Joseph, Meghan; Christopher and Lindsey and Ryan. Born in Paterson, she lived in Springfield before moving to Wayne in 1991. Judy was a Buyer for TRW, West Paterson, for thirty two years before retiring. After that, she was a Receptionist at Wayne General Hospital. Judy was a very loving and caring person who always put others before herself. She got much happiness out of giving gifts of any size to others. Her response to seeing the happiness on her nieces and nephews faces and many family members will be remembered forever. Her love for her family and friends was where she found her true happiness. She was the heart of our family. A devoted spouse, sister, aunt, friend, cousin and godmother whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who knew her. She is known for her legendary diner visits and her infectious personality. She loved fiercely and lived fully. Nothing stopped her. She is survived by her loving family and friends and will be missed beyond measure.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 9:45 am. Funeral Mass to follow at Most Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, Franklin Lakes at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit on Wednesday, February 18, 2026from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated..
