Savastano, Anthony G. age 88 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on January 27, 2026. Beloved husband of 63 years to Carmella (nee Romei) Savastano. Dear father of Regina Savastano. Beloved brother-in-law of Mary Agnes, Inez Docherty and Anne Vitale. Tony is also survived by a niece and several nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson for most of his life. Tony served in the United States Navy. He was a Purchasing Agent for Mc Kiernan Terry, Bloomfield before retiring. Tony was a eucharistic minister and usher at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson and in 2013, Tony, his wife Carmella and his daughter Regina received the Viveres Christas Award in for their service to St. Gerard Church. Tony was a member of the Knights of Columbus at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Wayne and was a 4th Degree member of the Knight of Columbus in Wanaque. Funeral services will be private at the request of the family. A memorial mass will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements are by Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa.
