Andre Di Dio, age 55, of Boonton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in Paramus on December 23, 2025.
He was the beloved father of Adriana Di Dio and Alexa Di Dio. Cherished son of Mirella (née Sandonato) Di Dio and the late Eugenio Di Dio. Loving fiancé of Roberta Esposito, and former husband and dear friend of Antonietta Di Dio.
Andre was a devoted brother to Josephine Giantasio and Pasqualina Di Dio, and brother of the late Roberta Gallo. A proud dog dad to Luci and the late Daisy, and dog-grandfather to Winnie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Born in Sant’Angelo, Calabria, Italy, Andre immigrated to the United States in 1970. He lived in Paterson, then Parsippany, before settling in Boonton. He dedicated over twenty years of service as a Service Worker at Windsor Preparatory High School in Paramus, where he was known for his strong work ethic and kind nature.
Andre was an avid poker player and soccer enthusiast, and a proud member of the Forza Napoli Sempre Calcio Group. A lifelong sports fan, his favorite teams included the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia 76ers, New York Yankees, and Napoli Soccer.
Andre was a generous man in life and beyond, serving as an organ and tissue donor.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson, at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
Friends may visit Monday from 4:00–8:00 PM.
