Norman Slezak (79) passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to family. He was a cherished father, grandfather, and loved one whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Kimberly Amicucci, and his son-in-law, Fred. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Giovanna, Valentina, and Luciana, who brought him immense joy and happiness. He was a dear uncle to Kyle Messineo and his wife Dawn and great-uncle to their children, Mila, Vienna and Lincoln.  He is also survived by many cherished cousins.

Prior to retiring he was a successful and dedicated professional, Norman was the longtime owner of Century 21 Barone, Slezak and Associates, a career he pursued with passion and integrity for many years. He took great pride in his work and the relationships he built throughout his professional life. 

Outside of work, he embraced life’s pleasures. He loved skiing, cherished his trips to Aruba, and was always happiest enjoying great meals surrounded by family and friends. These moments reflected his appreciation for adventure, relaxation, and togetherness. 

Norman will be remembered for his kindness, guidance, and unwavering love for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in his life. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering on Friday December 19, 2025 from 4-7 P.M. at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa with a service at 6:30 P.M.  Cremation was private at the request of the family.
