Cofrancesco, Richard age 75 of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on October 31, 2025. Dear partner and best friend of 25 years to Barbara Bahoosh of Florida. Devoted brother of Arlene Cofrancesco Willis of Toronto, Canada. Beloved father of Lewis Cofrancesco of Paterson and Ryan Cofrancesco of Chicago, Illinois. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and first cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Corporal Louis Cofrancesco (who passed away in Vietnam) and his sister, Jo-Ann Walter. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson before moving to Ft. Lauderdale 40 years ago. Richard loved to do sculptures and paintings and enjoyed tending to his garden of orchids. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering at Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 4:00- 6:00 PM with a catholic prayer service at 4:30 PM. There will also be a graveside service on Monday, November 17, 2025 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 52 Totowa Road, Totowa (Section 1) at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Grapes for Humanity Global, "a charity created in memory of his brother, Louis Cofrancesco", would be appreciated.
