Mazzoccoli, Lucia (nee Venezia), age 91 of Woodland Park at rest in Wayne on July 29, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Cristoforo Mazzoccoli (2001). Loving mother of Elizabeth Collito and her husband Thomas and Vincenzo Mazzoccoli and his former wife Victoria. Dear grandmother of Christopher Collito, Alissa Miller, Alexa Mazzoccoli and Christopher Mazzoccoli. Great-grandmother of Michaela Miller. Sister of Vincenza Modugno, Anna Maggi, Nunzio Venezia, Pietro Venezia and Domenico Venezia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Montescaglioso, Prov di Matera, Italy, she came to the United States in 1970 and lived in Paterson, before moving to Woodland Park in 2014. She was a seamstress for various coat factories in Paterson for many years before retiring thirty-six years ago. Lucia was a member of the ILGWU, New York, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Monday at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 2-6 PM.
