Carmine Cipriano, age 89 of Totowa, passed on July 26, 2025. Beloved husband of Gaetana (Trematerra) Cipriano of Totowa. Loving father of C. Rosa Petito (Enzo), Elisabetta Robles (Noel), and Nicholas Cipriano (Kathy). Adoring grandfather of C.J., Giulianna, Stephany, Nicholas, Gabriella, Alyssa, Carmenalexia, Antonio, and Nyolie. Born in Frigento, Italy, he immigrated to the United States in 1967 and settled in Jersey City before becoming a longtime resident of Totowa. He was a custodian for the Jersey City Board of Education for over 30 years before retiring. He was also a tailor by trade and owned his own company for many years. Carmine loved soccer, long walks around his neighborhood, fruit, and ice cream, but his family, especially his grandchildren, were the most important things in his life. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Totowa, at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Friends are welcome to visit during the viewing on Wednesday from 3-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
