Loving mother of Michelle Caivano of Marlboro, Vito Szapor of Old Bridge and the late Joseph G. Szapor III (1998).  Dear grandmother of Matthew Mota and Arianna Mota. Sister of Maryann Marra of Lincoln Park, Josephine Viola of Hardyston and Lucy Giuliano of Rockaway, CT. Born in Carlendini, Prov. di Ragusa, Sicily, Italy, she came to the U.S.A. in 1956 settling in Paterson before moving to Matawan in 2018. Rosa was a bookkeeper for the accounts payable department of Kohler Distributing, Hawthorne for many years before retiring in 2015. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
