Obituary of Frank A. Capo

Frank Capo, age 83 of Woodland Park at rest in Florham Park on May 28, 2025. Beloved husband of the late, Peggy (nee Revis) Capo. Loving father of Frank Capo and his wife Annette. Adoring grandfather of Mia Capo. Dear brother of Anthony Capo and the late John Capo and brother in-law of Cathy Capo. Beloved son of the late Frank and the late Jenny (nee Appaluccio) Capo. Uncle of Karen Mc Collick and her husband Steve, Sandi Sigler and her husband Craig, John Capo and his wife Toni Ann, Anthony Capo and his wife Lauren, and Joseph Capo. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews. Born in West Paterson, he lived there for most of his life before moving to Florham Park. Known as "Didi" by his closest friends and family, Mr. Capo was a graduate of Passaic Valley Regional High School, Little Falls. He was a Police Sergeant for the West Paterson Police Department for 29 years before retiring in 1994. Frank was also a member of PBA Local #173. His whole life was being a police officer and he took great pride in his career. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday at 1:00 PM. Friends may visit Saturday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Cremation is private.
