Dueltgen, Jill (nee Vander Ploeg), age 72 of Woodland Park, passed away in Wayne on April 22, 2025. Born in Paterson, she lived in North Haledon before moving to West Paterson in 1990. Jill was a bookkeeper for Oxford Enterprise, Passaic and a long-time waitress of the Bethwood, Totowa, before retiring in 2022. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and it kept her busy attending their activities. She loved sitting at the kitchen table drinking tea and talking with her friends.

Beloved wife of the late Dennis T. Dueltgen (2009). Loving mother of Deanne Bassil & her husband Matt of Wayne and Darryl Dueltgen & his wife Stephanie of West Paterson. Devoted grandmother of Branden, Andy, Audrey, Charlotte, Dennis, Darryl, James, and Joseph.

Caring sister of Thomas Vander Ploeg & his wife Theresa of East Freetown, NY and the late Donald Vander Ploeg.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Fair Lawn. Friends may visit Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to POAC Autism Services, would be appreciated.
