He was a manager for the U.S. Post Office, Wayne, NJ before retiring. He was an army veteran of the Vietnam War and was an avid bowler. Beloved husband of the late Ann B. (nee Mockler) Alessio (2010). Dear father of Pasquale Alessio IV of West Milford and Nicholas Alessio of Pompton Lakes. Devoted grandfather of Marissa, Francesca, Alexandrea, Nicholas Jr., Brandon J., Jack, Riley and Cheyenne. Caring brother-in-law of Barbara Obeid and Thomas Mockler.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
