Obituary of Anthony Sigismondi

Sigismondi, Anthony "Tony", "Ziggy", "Sonny" age 91 of Paterson at rest in Lincoln Park on March 21, 2025. Dear father of Debbie Sigismondi, Toni Marie Morales, and the late Sherri Vargas. Loving companion of the late Rosalie DeStefano (1988). Dear son of the late Dominick "Emil" Sigismondi and the late Angelina (nee Caposella) Sigismondi. Devoted brother of Angelina Rasa and the late Dominick Sigismondi (2010) Caring brother-in-law of Angela "Bunny" Sigismondi. Dear uncle of Donna Schwaner, Michelle Gallagher, Kim Rasa, Wayne Rasa, and Angela Francine Sigismondi. Also survived by several grand nieces and grand nephews and many friends from the American Legion.

Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. He was a truck driver for Rushton Trucking Co., West Paterson. After that, he worked as a medical transportation employee for Passaic County. He was born in his home on Wayne Avenue in Paterson. Tony was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a lifetime member and manager for the American Legion Post #227, Totowa. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Tuesday 3-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children, PO Box 947765, Atlanta, GA, 30394 and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 33105, would be appreciated.
