I got the pleasure to work with Darco as a Police Officer. He was a Great Guy always in Great spirits even though he was going through his illness. He always put other people first Never feeling sorry or looking for sympathy. It shows with the amount of money he raised for charity (St Jude). My Prayers go to his Family. I know he is deeply missed by them as he is deeply missed by his Police Department Family. Until we meet again Darco Rest in Peace.

Dave, you are the inspiration to us all. You were my first best friend back in 1992 when I moved to USA with my family. I will never forget your mom's cooking :) nor the day you called when your daughter, your pride and joy was born. Your journey was long, painful and challenging but you did not give up on HOPE. I had the pleasure of meeting David through the Unico Passaic-Clifton Chapter. David was dedicated to his family, to Unico, to his church, and to the community at large. His rare level of dedication is what I greatly admired. Thank you David for our wonderful conversations and our time shared together at Unico events. It was especially an honor for me to play mandola at the Italian Flag Raising sponsored by Unico for Clifton City Hall. My thoughts and prayers are with the D'Arco family at this difficult time.
