Coscia, Fiorina of Wyckoff, N.J., formerly of Paterson, N.J., passed away peacefully on February 11, 2021 at her home. Just two months shy of her 100th birthday, Fiorina was born on April 30, 1921 in Montella, Italy. She married Rosario Coscia on November 25, 1951 and shortly thereafter immigrated to the United States where she settled in Paterson, N.J. Mrs. Coscia was above all else a dedicated wife and mother and deeply committed to her faith which was a part of her daily life. She worked as a seamstress for over 20 years and was a member of the ILGWU. She was predeceased by her loving husband Rosario, as well as her siblings Maria, Eugenio, Leonardo and Salvatore. She will be deeply missed by her daughters Stella Baldino and son-in-law, Mario of Wayne, N.J., Dr. Sylvia Coscia of Wyckoff, N.J. and her son, Anthony Coscia and daughter-in-law Alice of North Caldwell, N.J. Mrs. Coscia had seven grandchildren who adored their Grandma Bella, Christine (James), Joseph (Weiwei), Maria, Stephen, Elizabeth, Marissa, and Laura. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Frank Coscia of North Haledon, N.J. Although her grandchildren will never forget her amazing meals and baking, what will truly form their memory was her always being present for them and her boundless love. Her children will forever recall her loving guidance though the example of her life. Arrangements will be private. The family plans to have a memorial mass and celebration of her life at a future date.
