Ventimiglia, Tommy age 78 of Toms River at rest in Morristown on Sunday August 4, 2019, surrounded by his beloved family. Born in Paterson, NJ on January 23, 1941 to Frank Ventimiglia and Anna Ventimiglia (nee Geiger). He moved to Totowa and then to Lavallette where he lived most of his life. He was a General Contractor and proprietor for Ocean County Installers of Toms River for almost 60 years before retiring. Tommy was known as one of the best contractors in all of Ocean County for his impeccable workmanship. His work was so renowned that he caught the eye of Italian Film Producer Dino De Laurentiis, who asked him to build sets for his movies. Tom also restored an oceanside Victorian residence, once a turn of the century general store on Reese Avenue, that was honored in commemoration of Lavallette’s 100th birthday in 1987. Tommy loved studying World History and going to Gettysburg with his sister and brother in-law.

Great uncle of Hailey Schaefer of Rockaway and Eddie Stephenson of Hawthorne. Longtime loving boyfriend of Lynn MacGregor of St. Augustine, FL. Dear brother in-law of the late Jack Stephenson. Also survived by many cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Friday 4-8 PM.
