Q: How did you meet Lucille? A: Lucy, our beloved neighbor, graced our lives for 12 unforgettable years. Her warm hospitality and genuine kindness made us feel welcomed. She would open her doors to us, offering treats and sharing her joy. We spent many visits together, flipping through photo albums that held priceless memories. Lucy's stories about her late husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren painted a vivid picture of her proud and loving family. Lucy once said her family treated her like a queen … From time to time, Lucy would reach out to me, excitedly recounting her outings to her sister's hair salon. She would often mention how her brother and sister went above and beyond, helping her running errands and driving her places .. she loved to get her hair done , always trying to look her best.. We were so happy when Lucy's daughter moved in with her this year. We knew that brought happiness to Lucy's heart. We will miss Lucy , her warm smile, distinct voice ,her comforting presence, and the stories she shared. Her memory will not be forgotten and she will always hold a special place in our hearts.
