Gentile, Joanne (nee Herschap), age 71 of Totowa at rest in Paterson on March 9, 2017. Beloved wife of Vito Gentile. Loving mother of Vito Gentile and his wife Annmarie of Lincoln Park. Adoring grandmother of Jacqueline and Dominic Gentile. Dear sister of Paula Griesel of Pittman, Catherine Keastad of Easton, PA and the late Evelyn Arena and June Troscoh. Loving sister in-law of Joyce Giliberti, Rose Gentile, Richard Gentile and his wife Betty, and Mike Gentile and his wife Susan. Joanne is also survived by nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Totowa for most of her life. She was a Homemaker that had a great love for animals. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
