Massola, Bernadette (nee Kayal) age 65 of Wayne at rest in Ridgewood on February 8, 2017. Beloved wife of George Massola of Wayne. Loving Mother of Roger Massola of Wayne, David Massola of Wayne, and Claudette Hannah of Franklin Lakes. Dear sister of George Kayal of Wayne, Anthony Kayal of Fl., Joseph Kayal of Woodland Park, Nadia Kayal of Wyckoff, Selwa Sawaf of Wayne, Jacqueline Scully of Wyckoff, and Mona Hanashy of Wayne. Also survived by 7 grandchildren. Born in Syria, she came to the United States in 1962 and lived in Paterson, then Clifton before moving to Wayne in 1992. She was a housewife. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at the Assyrian Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary, 644 Paramus Road, Paramus on Sunday from 3:00 – 8:00 PM. Her funeral will take place at the church on Monday at 10:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Arrangements are by Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa.
