Cosentino, John J. age 86 of Haledon at rest in Wayne on September 30, 2016. Beloved husband of Anna (nee Martin) Cosentino of Haledon. Loving father of Debra Green and her husband Rich of Hopatcong and Joseph Spano of Haledon. Grandfather of Jason Green and Ashley Green. Dear brother of the late Frank Cosentino. Brother-in-law of Pauline Cosentino. Born in Paterson, he lived in Hawthorne before moving to Haledon in 1968. He was a Mechanic and Service Writer for Reinertson Motors, Denville for many years before retiring. Mr. Cosentino was a member of the Korean War Veterans Group, Saddle Brook. He was a Korean War Army Veteran and a member of the Disabled Veterans, Clifton. He was also a member of the American Legion, Lincoln Park. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
