Obituary of Richard Buniewski

Buniewski, Richard age 76 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on November 18, 2015. Beloved husband of the former Katherine Monaco of Wayne. Loving father of Richard Buniewski & his wife, Lisa of Roseland, Christine Schweighardt & her husband Stephen of Jupiter, FL and the late Brian Buniewski and his wife Karen of Totowa. Devoted brother of Frances Buniewski of Union and Leonard Buniewski of Edison. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Totowa for most of his life before moving to Wayne. He was a Cable Former for Western Electric, Kearny and then Lucent Technologies, Clark, for over 30 years before retiring. He was also employed by ERA Realty (Cendant Global Referral Network "CGRN") for 15 years. Mr. Buniewski was a Union Delegate for I.B.E.W., Local 1470 and worked as a Private Investigator. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum, North Arlington. Friends may visit Friday 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM.
