Obituary of Joanna C Zaruba

Zaruba, Joanna "Oma" C. (nee Van Den Berg), age 82 of Milford, PA at rest in Montrose, PA on October 4, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Wenzel Zaruba (2001) and mother of the late Brian Zaruba. Loving mother of Wenzel, Robert, and Sandra Zaruba. Joanna is also survived by her daughters in-law, grandchildren, and many relatives in Holland. Born in Tilburg, Netherlands she lived in Tilburg until the 1950's before coming to the United States, residing in Elmwood Park and Totowa, before moving to Milford, PA. She was a Seamstress for many years. Mrs. Zaruba was a member of the Milford Senior Club. She was also a prior parishioner of St. James R.C. Church while living in Totowa. Special thanks to the Compassionate Care Hospice for all of their care. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 AM.
