Oliver, Lorraine (Anne) of Paterson died on Saturday, November 8, 2014. Beloved daughter of the late Edgar and Anne (nee Leonard) Oliver. Lorraine is survived by a cousin Maryalice Ritzmann, three nephews and three grand nieces as well as by her devoted caregiver Refina Thomas. Born in New York, N.Y., she was a lifelong resident of Paterson. From her first visit to the Met on an Eastside High School field trip in 1948, Lorraine was a great opera lover and prodded her family and friends into joining her in enjoying opera music. Lorraine was employed at Oxford University Press in Fair Lawn for more than thirty years and then at American Bureau of Shipping in Paramus until her retirement. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends and relatives may visit on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM.
