Obituary of June Helen Occhipinti

Occhipinti, June Helen (nee Ketch), age 90 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on July 24, 2014. Beloved wife of Salvatore "Sam" Occhipinti of Paterson. Dear mother of the late Jo Ann Dale. Beloved mother of Diane Clark and her husband Albert. Adoring grandmother of Kimberly Dale, Kelly Gisonna and her husand, Nick, and Megan Clark. Doting great-grandmother of James Gisonna. June is also predeceased by her brother Joseph Marino. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born in Oswego, NY, she lived in Little Falls for 20 years before moving to Paterson. She was a Secretary for Meyer Brothers Department Store, Paterson, for 15 years before retiring in the 1970's. Mrs. Occhipinti was a member of the Disabled American Veteran's Auxiliary and a parishioner of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass at St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park, on Monday at 9:30 AM. A memorial gathering will take place on Sunday from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd. Totowa.
