Mary Margaret Delaney

Delaney, Mary Margaret (nee Hamill), age 86 of Toms River at rest in Wall Township on January 19, 2012.  Loving wife of the late Capt. Robert D. Delaney, New Jersey State Police Captain # 978.  Loving Mother of devoted daughter Kathleen Delaney of Brick and her children Mark Delaney and his wife Jen and their children Jack and Kaelyn. Kathleens daughter Siobhan and son Taylor.  Loving mother of Robert J Delaney #2853 (a former Jersey Trooper, 88^th Class) and his wife Billie. Beloved grandmother of Shannon Henderson and her husband Ryan and their children Austin and Landon and granddaughter Danelle Madigan and her husband Mike and children Michael and Karli.  Loving sister of Lillian Spear of Paterson, Peggy Varrechia of Fair Lawn, and the late Arthur, James, and Patrick Hamill.  Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson her entire life before moving to Toms River in 1996.  She was an Employee for ITT, Nutley, in their food services department before retiring.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church, 630 Valley Road, Wayne, on Saturday at 10:00 AM.  Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.  Visitation will be Saturday at Our Lady of the Valley Church from 9:00 - 10:00 AM.
